Week of digital skills in College

A series of events with the participation of College students for whom it specialties are not relevant. Despite this, the events of the action aroused great interest. One of the main events was the fifth annual conference “Internet: yesterday, today, tomorrow” dedicated to the action and dedicated to network opportunities and threats. It presented more than 20 reports on various topics – from the history of the action “All Digital Week” and the history of the Internet to security issues and professions of the future . According to the results of the speeches, the winners of the event were identified, who were awarded with diplomas.
In addition, during the week, students learned the basics of robotics (on the example of robots created from LEGO EV3), circuitry (collected traffic lights from the designer Arduino) and programming. And students-volunteers from the faculty of journalism of the University introduced children to the basics of media literacy – told how to present themselves on the network and be able to distinguish true information from fakes.
