Short description of the event:
This 2-hour awareness-raising activity addressed what is artificial intelligence and how it works, potentials, risks and opportunities associated with employability. What does it mean in people’s daily lives?
With this activity, we have brought any person, regardless of their educational level, to the world of artificial intelligence, a disruptive technology that affects all spheres of social, labor, economic, political and cultural life, qualified as the most strategic technology of XXI Century.
They have learned about how machine learning works, using different examples such as the Google Draw tool or www.moralmachine.net. With this practice, they have also trained some digital skills related to the information and data literacy area.
Another important topic has been the importance of different discussions and conversations based on IA ethics and algorithm bias.
