Continuous training is essential to face the challenges posed by the continuous changes in the labor market. The aim of the “Ambizione Italia per i giovani” project promoted by Fondazione Mondo Digitale in collaboration with Microsoft Italia is to offer diskilling, reskilling and upskilling opportunities to those who need to acquire new digital skills or improve their professional profile, especially overall period of health emergency.
