Short description of the event:
During the Easter break, in connection with All digital weeks, Solna City Library is visited by the French humanoid robot “Pepper”. During an hour-long session, the children, with the help of Pepper’s programmers, learn how to program properly and test their code through the robot!
In this beginner’s course, you will learn to decide how Pepper should move, what to say and useful code logic. For example. you can teach Pepper to say your name, choose between cat or dog, wave, bow and more – all by writing code like real programmers!
The aim of the course is to arouse interest and build self-confidence for coding – and to have really fun of course. After the course, you get some tips on how to continue your code journey in three levels of difficulty that suit all ages.
Feel free to bring your phone, Ipad or laptop. If you do not have the opportunity, you can borrow on site.
