Short description of the event:
Vanadzor Secondary School N 19 after Raffi will host open lessons dedicated to Internet Safety and Media Literacy for Mobile Devices. Today, many kids and teens have phones, iPods, and tablet computers, which they may keep with them all the time, therefore it’s important to know how to use them safely and security. The open lessons we will also discuss the Internet Safety Rules, which the School recently included in its Code of Conduct. Children will learn some of the most important things to know about Wi-Fi hotspots, tips for avoiding malware on their mobile devices, etc. Participants will also play an online game (developed on the Kahoot platform), teaching them how to avoid online risks. Children will test their knowledge, prepare video materials about Internet ethics and demonstrate them to their peers. Online sessions will also be organized for both students and teachers.
