Overview of the implemented activities:
- City of Pyrgos, Chamber of Commerce
The Telematics Centre organized a seminar in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Helia, in which participated new entrepreneurs of the area, representatives of business associations and members of the Chamber. The attendants welcomed this initiative and were very interested in the presented issues from business & ICT experts (University of Patras, Microsoft) who focused on the presentation of useful ICT tools, e-commerce, CRM & HRM systems and the promotion of business via smart mobile phones. At the end of the workshop, a very constructive dialogue took place between the experts and the audience, who expressed an intense desire for the application of the presented tools as the area of Helia is a very touristic place (Olympia is located near) and many new entrepreneurs are focused on the tourism sector and have a desire to promote their companies and the services in new, innovative ways.
