Already a partner for GOW2011, Internet Saloon (Associazione Interessi Metropolitani – AIM) is again the Italian national partner for Get Online Week 2012.
The association will involve 3 telecentres in NGO’s in Milan, Sondrio and Catania. Planned activities are hands-on trainings & demonstrations. In partnership with the Adecco Foundation they are organizing a special programme for young people between 16 and 26 about redacting a CV and use the internet to find a job online.
Internet Saloon will promote their campaign through press releases, communication by e-mail to their mailing list and the publishing of a page on the website of Internet Saloon with the Get Online Week counter. The promotion of the programme for young people, will be done through the media and the newspapers and through places attended by young people in the three towns.
They expect to involve over 900 people during the campaign’s week.
